Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Boss Ladies Who Move, we work hard to deliver high-quality events, courses, and programs designed to equip and inspire women to walk boldly in their purpose. Because of the preparation, materials, and resources involved in each offering, we have the following refund and cancellation policy:

• All payments for webinars, online courses, and digital products are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend a live webinar, you may request access to a replay (if available).
• Registrations may be transferred to another participant by notifying us in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• All conference and event ticket sales are non-refundable.
• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by emailing our team at least 7 days priorto the event.
• In the rare event thatSD enterprises cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.

• All coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has been scheduled.
• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.

• All book sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
• Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

We are not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule or offer a comparable program.
